Workflow
From capture to cloud evidence package.
Link your preferred cloud service.
Connect Field Bundle to Google Drive, Dropbox, or Microsoft OneDrive as the destination for company evidence packages.
Start a persistent Work Order session.
Enter the Work Order ID and begin the evidence package. Field Bundle keeps the active session available if the app is closed or the phone is restarted, so field employees can return to the same job package and continue capturing evidence.
Capture before-and-after evidence.
Capture before-and-after photos in the field and add a short description of the completed work. Photos can be stamped at capture time with date, time, and GPS location details when required by the workflow.
Upload directly to the selected cloud.
Field Bundle creates a separate folder named after the Work Order ID. The folder contains job photos, the technician’s work description TXT file, and a short PDF export when enabled.
Review, retry, share, or notify.
Teams can keep organized folders, package details, and professional records for completed field work. If direct cloud upload is interrupted, Field Bundle can keep a private recovery package that can be retried, saved, or shared through Android’s native share menu, including email or supported messaging apps. For company deployments, optional upload notifications can alert the office after an evidence package upload is verified.
