Field Bundle Terms of Service.

1. Provider

These Terms are between the user or customer and Nodus Lux d.o.o. Field Bundle is a product of Nodus Lux d.o.o. Contact: info@noduslux.hr.

2. Product description

Field Bundle provides field evidence capture, evidence package creation, cloud upload workflows, Professional access, Company Seats, and optional upload notification workflows when available.

3. User and company responsibility

• The customer is responsible for ensuring it has a lawful basis to capture photos, Work Order details, timestamps, and location information.
• The customer is responsible for informing field employees and end customers where required.
• The customer is responsible for its selected cloud account, storage permissions, retention, sharing, and deletion.
• The customer is responsible for configuring notification recipients appropriately if upload notifications are enabled.

4. Field evidence and review

Field Bundle helps create evidence records, but customers remain responsible for reviewing uploaded packages and ensuring they meet operational, contractual, or legal requirements.

5. No background monitoring

Field Bundle is not designed for background monitoring of field employees. Location features are intended for evidence capture workflows.

6. Third-party cloud provider dependency

Uploads depend on third-party services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, and Microsoft OneDrive. Nodus Lux d.o.o. is not responsible for outages, permission changes, or account restrictions caused by third-party cloud providers.

7. Native share and fallback

If an upload is interrupted, the app may provide retry, save, or Android native share options. Users are responsible for choosing appropriate recipients and channels when sharing evidence packages.

8. Upload notifications

If upload notifications are enabled, they are intended to provide workflow status after an upload is verified. Customers are responsible for choosing appropriate notification recipients and for handling notification emails according to their internal policies. Notifications are not the authoritative evidence archive; the selected cloud destination remains the evidence storage location.

9. Accounts, activation codes, and Company Seats

Activation codes are intended for authorized company devices only. Companies are responsible for removing or reassigning devices when field employees leave or devices are replaced.

10. Payment and subscriptions

Free, Professional, and Company Seats may have different features and limits. Paid features may require a Google Play purchase, an invoice, or a company agreement. Prices, taxes, and payment terms will be shown before purchase or agreed separately.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use Field Bundle for illegal monitoring, harassment, uploading illegal content, infringing privacy rights, bypassing licensing or security controls, reverse engineering where prohibited by law, or to harm others.

12. Availability and changes

The service may change over time. Features may be added or removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

13. Termination

Access can be suspended for misuse, non-payment, or security issues. Company administrators can remove devices from their own deployment at any time.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nodus Lux d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Field Bundle, and its total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the period required by applicable law. This clause is a placeholder for review by legal counsel.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, unless otherwise required by mandatory law. Placeholder for review by legal counsel.
