From install to the first uploaded evidence package — and company activation when you deploy across a team.
Choose your cloud destination.
Decide whether evidence packages should go to Google Drive, Dropbox, or Microsoft OneDrive.
Connect the Android app.
Install Field Bundle, open the Cloud tab, and authorize the selected cloud account as the upload destination.
Start a persistent Work Order session.
Enter the Work Order ID and start the session. The session stays intact if the app is closed or the phone is restarted, until the package is uploaded.
Capture evidence and describe the work.
Capture before-and-after photos and add a short work description. Stamping follows your app settings or company policy.
Upload the evidence package.
Field Bundle uploads one clean Work Order folder — photos, the work description TXT file, and the PDF export when enabled. After verified upload, raw local files can be removed from the device.
For companies: activate phones with Company Seats.
Generate activation codes in the Field Bundle Console, activate each company phone with a code, manage evidence package rules centrally, and configure optional upload notifications when available.
